The original ‘The Lost Tapes’ came out back in 2002 and we’ve been anxiously waiting for the next one.  The Lost Tapes 2 is finally coming out on July 19th and like the first album, this will focus on unreleased tracks mostly from the ‘I Am…’ and the ‘Stillmatic’ albums.  Here’s the track listing:

I hesitated to watch the MTV Video Music Awards since I knew it would drag on and on so I recorded it and watched it after it aired. I didn’t want to watch some performances and I knew it would be commercial ridden. They did seem to give Kanye some shit last night which I was very happy about. What I didn’t know is that the crowd had been booing him when he started singing but the producers had to get the happier fans to cheer louder. Bummer since I would have loved to hear the booing. That guys an ass. Or better yet, a ‘jackass’.
