David Byrne & Fatboy Slim Concept Album

This sounds interesting.  David Byrne of Talking Heads and Fatboy Slim have a concept album coming out on February 23 titled ‘Here Lies Love’.  The album will document the life of Imelda Marcos the former first lady of the Philippines.   It’s coming out as a 2 CD/100 page book/DVD boxset and will have such guests as Santigold, Tori Amos, Florence Welch, Martha Wainwright, Cyndi Lauper and many others.  David Byrne says in the introduction to the book:

“The story I am interested in is about asking what drives a powerful person, what makes them tick? How do they make and then remake themselves?”
