Rapper C-Murder Sentence Upheld

Back in 2002 C-Murder was convicted of shooting a 16 year old to death.  His attorneys appealed stating the judge who presided over his trial allowed jurors to hear unsubstantiated testimony and that the prosecutors eliminated black people from the jury.

The 5th Circuit rejected those arguments and the murder conviction and life sentence stands.

Yikes.
