Hendrix Electric Vodka – Love or Confusion

Those of you who have been getting drunk on Hendrix Electric Vodka better buy up as many bottles as you can. Yep, the bottles are being pulled off the shelves immediately due to a lawsuit won by Experience Hendrix LLC against Craig Dieffenbach and Electric Hendrix Sprits LLC. This case goes back to March 2007 when the Experience Hendrix company went after Dieffenback alleging the company deliberately tried to deceive the public into believing these were genuine Hendrix products. So the US District Court ruled that Dieffenbach has to pay $3.2 Million for his mishap.
