Live: Def Leppard

I know some of you are thinking….WHY! Well they have announced that they are going on tour this new year and will be recording it for a new live album.

Joe Elliott says

“In this day in age, you record every show onto a hard drive. So we’ve got the entire tour backed up onto three or four hard drives. So we have the unenviable task of listening to probably 50 versions of every song we’ve ever played. We’ve got our sound guy from the studio – who’s a fantastic engineer and a great co-producer – he’s actually listening through to all the versions of the songs and kind of rating them on a 1-10 level of performance and excitement, if you like.”

Suicidal Tendencies Tour Is Done

Unfortunately if you planned on seeing Suicidal Tendencies in the upcoming weeks you will be pretty bummed. The tour has been cut short due to one of the band members parent passing away. The band says:

“With heavy hearts, the band decided it would be best to postpone the remaining ST shows and make them up sometime next year. We appreciate your understanding, your thoughts and your prayers. Please give us a few days and we will try and let those who already have tickets how how to get refunds, etc. Again, we are so sorry to have to postpone these shows, but hope that everyone will be able to understand, and we’ll do our best to make the dates up.”
