On the cover of the great ‘Back to Black’ album from Amy Winehouse, she wore a white with red polka dot dress with an ugly red belt. Well it went up for auction yesterday in London along with other items from Elizabeth Taylor and Audrey Hepburn.
Believe it or not, that dress sold for……$67,000. WOW pretty crazy. Some people have money to burn. Check it out below

You would think Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue would be done after writing 2 books, The Heroin Diaries and This is Gonna Hurt. Now not only is he writing another book, but he’s writing TWO! While he doesn’t really say what they will be about, he did mention when they would be out.
“I am working on it now… I am hoping to release it somewhere between May-June 2012. I am writing two books as we speak actually. The 2nd book will be out in 2013.”

When you sit down and think about what rock ‘n’ roll music really is, then you have to change that question. Played up-tempo, you call it rock ‘n’ roll; at a regular tempo, you call it rhythm and blues.

U2′s Sunday Bloody Sunday originally started with the phrase “Don’t talk to me about the rights of the IRA” but was ultimately changed to “I can’t believe the news today” because U2 was afraid that their peace calling would be misunderstood.

Oh boy here we go again. Louise Mensch from the The British Parliament is looking into making Jimmy Page a knight. Louise has some connection in music being that her husband Peter Mensch manages Metallica, Muse and others. She says
“Clearly there is nobody more worthy of a knighthood and I am glad to say I have gathered support from every major record label in the U.K.”
I feel like they are handing out knighthood like candy during Halloween.
