Evanesence Album a Collaboration

Amy Lee of Evanesence recently said that their new album has been a collaboration between the whole band and not just her and another writer. They are currently working with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Rush) on the album and said they have scraped the previous recordings they made with Steve Lillywhite (U2). Guess they weren’t feeling him.

Lords of Acid Back Again!

I don’t know about you but Lords of Acid were just one of those great bands I loved to listen to while getting ready to go out for the night. Their last album was back in 2003 but wasn’t really the same style as their previous ones. Well they are releasing a new EP on September 27 called ‘Little Mighty Rabbit” with a full album coming in 2012. Praga Khan has this to say:

“After successful tours in the USA over the last year I felt inspired by the fans love of Lords of Acid. It finally felt right to go back into the studio and work on a new record. I’ve really surprised myself with the new songs and I’m excited to share it with my Children of Acid.”

Music Quote TidBit – Oscar Wilde

Music makes one feel so romantic – at least it always gets on one’s nerves – which is the same thing nowadays.
